Shipping costs $10.00 for all orders $74.99 and under.

United States
Shipping costs $5.00 for all orders $74.99 and under.

* Please note that any import taxes and duties are not covered by the product or shipping cost. These fees, if incurred will be collected on delivery from carriers and are the recipients responsibilities.

FULFILLMENT & SHIPPING DURATION
Depending on the destination of the package, customs, holidays, natural disasters, postal strikes, and other delays shipping times can vary.

Tracking numbers are assigned to packages when they ship. Once shipped, you will receive an email which included a tracking link. Orders which included multiple items may be delivered via different packages. Tracking availability may vary depending on shipping methods and delivery carriers.

Fulfillment: 2-7 business days
Shipping: 1-3 weeks after fulfillment

You will receive emails keeping you up to date on your order status.
Alternatively, you can create an account and sign in through our accounts page. You may view information about your most recent orders (including tracking information, if applicable) as well as past orders.

DELIVERY ADDRESS
It is important to ensure that the correct delivery address is entered in order to receive your product. We are not liable for products that are not delivered due to an incorrect delivery address.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we are here to help!

We offer returns or exchanges on goods that are brand new (with any tags attached or in their original packaging), unaltered, and unworn condition. All returned or exchanged items MUST be free from any signs of wear, or damage within 30 days from the date the order was placed.

You can return your product for a store credit, exchange (for a product of equal or lesser value), or a refund to the original payment method for the price of the product(s), excluding shipping costs.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items are final sale
  • Returned items must have tags (if applicable) and be returned in the original packaging
  • Returned items must not have any signs of wear or damage.
  • We will not refund or waive shipping costs incurred as these are for services rendered and are non refundable.


To initiate a return or exchange please contact us at contact@seatoskywanderlust.com with the order number, which item(s)  from your order you want to return or exchange and in the case of an exchange - the item you would like to have as your replacement (including colour and size) and the reason. Please let us know if your address has changed from the initial order.
* Please note that the customer is responsible for any shipping charges associated with returning the item(s) back to Sea to Sky Wanderlust.

Once we have received your email requesting a return or exchange we will provide you with our address for return. (Do not send us returns without contacting us prior. We are not responsible for items lost in transit)

Once you have received our mailing address, please mail the item back to us, along with a copy of your note.
IMPORTANT: If you are sending your item from outside of Canada, you will most likely need to fill out a Customs declaration form. Please name the items “RETURN ITEMS” so that there are no additional charges from customs.

Once we have received your returned item(s) and they have been inspected, we will process the return to your original payment method (excluding shipping costs), or action the exchange and let you know the item is on it’s way.

If you have received an item that has been misprinted, damaged or is defective - please contact us no later than 24 hours after delivery with an attached photo of the item(s) for review. If you believe your items have been lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date. These cases will be handled on a case-to-case basis with our supplier.
