We currently ship to The United States of America.
Shipping to Canada will be resolved when our suppliers offer a reasonable shipping rate to Canada.
Shipping costs $5.00 for all orders $49.99 and under.
Shipping is free for all orders over $50.00
* Please note that any import taxes and duties are not covered by the product or shipping cost. These fees, if incurred will be collected on delivery from carriers and are the recipients responsibilities.
FULFILLMENT & SHIPPING DURATION
Depending on the destination of the package, customs, holidays, natural disasters, postal strikes, and other delays shipping times can vary.
Tracking numbers are assigned to packages when they ship. Once shipped, you will receive an email which included a tracking link. Orders which included multiple items may be delivered via different packages. Tracking availability may vary depending on shipping methods and delivery carriers.

FINDING YOUR ORDER STATUS
You will receive emails keeping you up to date on your order status.
Alternatively, you can create an account and sign in through our accounts page. You may view information about your most recent orders (including tracking information) as well as past orders.
It is important to ensure that the correct delivery address is entered in order to receive your product. We are not liable for products that are not delivered due to an incorrect delivery address.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Because all items are made to order by our supplier, are unique in nature and cannot be returned and refunded all sales are final. By placing an order, you agree and understand that we are not obligated to accept returns or provide exchanges.
However, if the item has been misprinted, damaged or is defective - please contact us no later than 3 weeks with an attached photo of the item(s) for review. If you believe your items have been lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
These cases will be handled on a case-to-case basis with our supplier.
2) TRAVEL JEWELRY, DECOR & ACCESSORIES
Our travel jewelry, decor and accessories are all final sale unless in the rare instance that you receive a damaged, faulty, incorrect or item which is not as described. We apologize for this error and offer the following options to you in this instance:
1) Exchange (if item is still in stock)
2) Store credit
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to advise us of the issue, and provide clear photographic evidence of the defects or issues, and we will give you further instructions based on which option you choose. If you do refund or exchange the item, we will refund the shipping cost up to a reasonable dollar amount for the item upon delivery to us.
