FULFILLMENT & SHIPPING DURATION
Depending on the destination of the package, customs, holidays, natural disasters, postal strikes, and other delays shipping times can vary.

Tracking numbers are assigned to packages when they ship. Once shipped, you will receive an email which included a tracking link. Orders which included multiple items may be delivered via different packages. Tracking availability may vary depending on shipping methods and delivery carriers.

You will receive emails keeping you up to date on your order status.

DELIVERY ADDRESS
It is important to ensure that the correct delivery address is entered in order to receive your product. We are not liable for products that are not delivered due to an incorrect delivery address.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

Because all items are made to order by our supplier, are unique in nature and cannot be returned and refunded all sales are final. By placing an order, you agree and understand that we are not obligated to accept returns or provide exchanges.
However, if the item has been misprinted, damaged or is defective - please contact us no later than 24 hours after delivery with an attached photo of the item(s) for review. If you believe your items have been lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
These cases will be handled on a case-to-case basis with our supplier.
